DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”) (NYSE: AIV)
announced today that Conor Wagner has joined Aimco as Vice President.
Mr. Wagner will have day-to-day finance responsibilities supporting
portfolio strategy and transactional underwriting, reporting to Senior
Vice President Lynn Stanfield.

Before joining Aimco, Wagner was an analyst on Green Street Advisors’
residential research team, where he co-led coverage of the apartment and
single-family rental sectors. Prior to joining Green Street in 2014, he
worked on the buy side as a long-short equity analyst. Wagner received a
Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and
an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
